At Americana Pipedream Apparel, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
